Happy New Year everybody!!
I’m sure I’m not the only crafty person who has decided to make a list of resolutions for the new year; so here are mine 🙂
1. Finish at least two UFO’s
I was trying to find some notions in my little shelves of wonder and came across two UFO’s that I remembered really enjoying doing but never got round to finishing: a ripple blanket and a cropped cardigan. It’s sounds like a pretty straightforward resolution but I know I’ll get distracted!
2. Knit my first pair of socks
I’ve always been in awe of the knitters on my Instagram feed finishing socks, they always look so awesome and comfy.
3. Learn how to Cross Stitch
One of my Christmas present requests was a Cross Stitch starter set. I remember dabbling when I was a lot younger – finishing an alphabet Cross Stitch that my Mum had started, I’m sure I couldn’t have been more than 8 years old. Anyway I’d love to give it a go again!
4. Blog more!
I’m always saying that I’d like to blog more. Now that I commute to work on a train I’ll have a lot more free time and free hands to be able to blog on the go. With my wedding and some exams in the first half of this year, keeping this resolution might be a tad bit tricky
